A week of holidays

Even though it’s labeled as week of culmination, anticipation coming to an end, it didn’t really feel that way. Solstice and Christmas went off successfully and I even managed to get my driver’s license renewed by mail but too many other threads are hanging. I have the email address to submit my jewelry to a major museum shop and I’m just going to have to follow my instincts because it’s not the sort of thing that whole websites are devoted to! I need to get that out the door in the next few days so I can continue exploring similar options.
I’ve cleaned off the whiteboard in my office and filled it with a to-do list that’s a bit intimidating in size. Once again I feel a little envious of people that have just one burning passion instead of of six – but I wouldn’t be able to choose even one to give up, either;-) As I’ve been delving into marketing resources I’ve come to the realization that it’s time to start mailing lists and offering products like ebooks. I’m both excited at the thought of new projects and a bit nervous about being able to juggle everything. Not to mention a little chagrined that I’ve broken down and started using Twitter! My hat’s off to you though if you are still resisting.
We are now onto the major week of reflection regarding 2009 and all I can say is I’m looking forward to sometime around 2019. Hopefully hindsight will then point out that some great things started this year even though it wasn’t obvious at the time. My gut instinct says that’s true, but it would sure be nice to get some concrete evidence in the near future!
