Blending in

Everywhere we go there is reinforcement of the idea that blending in means being part of the chorus – replaceable at low pay and never being recognized as an individual. But what if it meant surrounding yourself with sparkling, motivated people so that ‘blending in’ meant being just one of the beautiful rocks in the river; colorful, distinct, memorable and yet part of a greater whole.
